How long are the delivery times?
Since each of our products is custom-made to order, please expect about average of ten days of processing time from placing your order until delivery within Europe. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when we ship your order.
Are there any imperfections in the products?
Please note that our products are not mass-produced. There may be slight imperfections because of the organic materials used and the nature of 3D printing. We are generally proud of those imperfections because they show the true nature of a handmade product created with difficult-to-mould organic materials.
How can I ensure the colours of the product look right for me?
We did our best to accurately represent the coloration of our products in the website photography. However, due to the batches of circular materials used while printing, each product will look slightly different.
Which lightbulbs are your lamps designed for?
You must use LED bulbs with our lamps to prevent overheating of the organic materials. The wattage is up to you. We recommend choosing bulbs between 4 and 10 watts, depending on the environment where you are using the lamp.
Can you install a longer cable on the lamps?
Yes, a longer cable is possible. Please ask when placing your order.
Are your vases waterproof?
Yes, all our vases are waterproof. However, to extend their life span, we recommend using them with dry, decorative flowers.
Can we customise some of the colours of our products?
If you want a specific colour and want to buy one of our items in that colour, ask us before placing an order. We will do our best to customise your preference. Please note that in some cases, an additional charge may be required.
Can I see the products in real life?
You can write to us to book an appointment and visit our workshop to see how we make our products in real time. Due to our production schedule, we reserve a limited number of lots for customer visits.
Can I become a reseller?
If you wish to resell our objects in your store, please contact us to make the necessary arrangements. Since we are creating such a unique series of products, delivery time and procedures may change slightly.
